I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in May of 1996. During my course of study, I took several courses that focused on programming, including an introduction to translators (compilers) course and a software engineering course. Additionally, I obtained an RHCE certification (Red Hat Certified Engineer) in October of 2003.
